Practical Analytical Meditation is a narrow sub-type of Buddhist Analytical Meditation.

PAM meditation subjects are everyday words that describe pesronal or professional circumstances. The target realizations are one or more of the several deep biological urges that all humans share.

PAM objective is to activate automatic natural insight into our own actions, emotions, and possessions as well as those of any other person.

The working hypothesis is that this natural insight could serve as the basis for increasing social intelligence and effective people skills.

Now, if we examine
the origins of our
inner experiences
and of external matter
we find that there is a fundamental
uniformity
in the nature of their existence in that
both are governed by the principle of causality.
